HSM 09J ball screw

Facts HSM 09J with ball screw:

  • The new HSM 09J ball screw has an ultra compact construction based on the technology of the popular HSM 09J.
  • The ball screw version is designed for direct drive of commercially available screw drives with rotating screw shafts. With this design the screw nut is generally connected to a linear slide unit which it drives. The screw is fixed by inserting it into the blind hole hollow shaft of the new servo ball screw motor and connecting it to a commercially available clamping set.
  • Screws with a diameter of 20, 25, 32 and 40 mm can be used depending on frame size.
  • To absorb the high axial thrust, the EZS servo ball screw motor is equipped with a special axial angular contact ball bearing.
  • Rated speed 3000 rpm, rated torque 2.6 Nm at a rated current 2.4 A and the length of 100,2 mm. 
  • Weight is only 3,3 kg (ball screw excluded).
  • Hiperface, EnDat protocol and a number of drive compatible drive pinouts.
  • IP 65 as a standard can be ordered with IP 67.
